Six Basic Requirements
Before starting, you should be aware of six of the most basic requirements of a new company formation. After choosing a unique, original company name, you will need a registered address based in the Republic in Ireland, and a summary of principal activities will need to be declared on Coddan's online order form. Also, two company directors and one secretary is required; furthermore, at least one director must be permanently residing in Ireland. Finally, the appointed company secretary should be aware that their main responsibility is to file all company documents and accounts.
